Shipping policy

Shipping area:

We ship to addresses across Finland and other EU countries.

Stock & fulfilment:
Products are shipped US or from Internal warehouses via our trusted fulfilment partners. Items are fulfilled by the supplier selected for each order.

Processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery time:
Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days from the time the order is processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the product availability, the supplier's warehouse location and the carrier.

Shipping costs:

Order splitting:
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when it has been dispatched.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Delays & exceptions:
If your delivery is delayed beyond 20 business days, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service, and we will investigate and assist you. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances (stock issues, carrier delays, customs procedures) may affect delivery times.

If you need to return an item, please consult our Returns & Refunds policy for detailed instructions. Returns may be subject to separate conditions for items shipped directly from supplier warehouses.
