Return and refund policy

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

2. Pack the product carefully.

3. Follow the return instructions we provide.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund using your original payment method within 14 days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Opened hygiene or personal care products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Perishable products

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at aspa@polarush.com. We will replace it or refund you in full at no extra cost.
